We looked at some photographs of our amazing world and discussed which were our favourite. The children learned that Christians believe God created the world we live in and he did this in seven days. Afterwards, the childen made paintings of the world using cotton buds. They really enjoyed concentrating on using this unusual tool.

Finger Gym

We have progressed from Playdough Disco to Finger Gym time each day. This is when the children are focusing on strengthening their fingers and developing their fine motor skills. All of this helps with holding and controlling a pencil or scissors. The children really enjoy the calmness and the opportunity to engage in mindful activities.
