This week the children were investigating the properties of different materials in Science. They were given the task of sorting marbles from Lego bricks in a tray, without using their hands to pick the items up! I gave them a tea towel, some masking tape and a jug of water. There were quite a few suggestions, some developing hypotheses and great scientific thinking taking place.

In History, we were taking a look at family trees. How they are made and who to include. The children were very engaged and wanted to include lots of family members, including pets.
